Regulatory Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our Regulatory Compliance Office, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our business units on commercial regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentoring and guidance on commercial regulatory matters to P&W business units
  • Coordinate commercial regulatory matters with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), foreign National Aviation Authorities (NAA), and aviation industry trade groups
  • Participate in FAA/NAA rulemaking activities to ensure minimum impact/maximum benefit to P&W/RTX

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in Aviation, Space, and Defense, including experience in operations or quality; OR an Advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in Aviation, Space, and Defense, including experience in operations or quality
  • US Citizenship is required, due to government contracts, programs, and projects
  • Knowledge of FAA and other NAA regulatory requirements for manufacturing operations, and/or repair stations
  • Knowledge of the P&W Quality System
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence
  • Strong project planning and management skills

Remote:

Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
