Position Overview

The Clinical Trials Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols. This role involves managing the recruitment of participants and maintaining meticulous records throughout the study process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the coordination of assigned research studies.
  • Manage participant recruitment and ensure adherence to study protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive study documentation.
  • Handle the collection, labeling, processing, and shipping of biological samples as per established guidelines.
  • Schedule participants for evaluations related to the study and collaborate with healthcare professionals to uphold participant rights.
  • Administer assessments and compile data for review, ensuring timely communication with the Principal Investigator (PI) and sponsors.
  • Engage with external organizations as necessary and assist in the grant application process.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary supplies and maintain accountability logs for study-related materials.
  • Act as a liaison with pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, and other relevant entities.
  • Adhere to best practices in clinical research and comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the PI and regulatory bodies on relevant matters, which may include performing clinical procedures and monitoring participant health.
  • Work independently while interpreting guidelines and making informed decisions.
  • Perform additional duties as required, all of which are considered essential functions of the role.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in clinical research is required.
Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $62,400-$92,650 per year. This range represents a good faith estimate of potential compensation for successful candidates and may be adjusted based on various factors such as experience and qualifications. Candidates are encouraged to discuss salary and benefits with a recruiter during the interview process.
