Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement with our counter drone technologies, increasing adoption, and delivering superior service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage communication, coordination, and execution of critical customer support, training, and customer-requested evaluations
  • Actively market the BlueHalo brand, establish customer requirements, set clear expectations, and shape opportunities
  • Proactive coordination, execution, and reporting on logistics for business development events and customer purchases
  • Become an expert on counter drone technologies, competitors, and the evolving threat to help our customers stay ahead of adversaries
  • Willingness to travel for business needs on short notice
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a self-starter who developed and executed against a territory sales plan by exceeding quarterly revenue targets
  • Passion for building, refining, and scaling a world-class customer success and training function
  • Direct field experience in working with large Defense, Aerospace, Military, or State & Local customers within the Public Sector
  • Experience leading competitive assessments and determining the strengths and weakness of your company's technologies over competitors
  • Leadership skills to develop, organize, and execute business development activities, including assessment of win probability, and executing customer call plans to shape acquisitions
  • Ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and establish collaborative relationships with engineering teams and peers
  • You must be a US citizen to qualify for this role
Ideal Candidate
  • 8+ years of business development, team leadership, and training experience
  • An active Top Secret level security clearance
  • Prior experience working with RF systems: radar, electronic warfare, communications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
