Physician Practice Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Practice Coordinator to join our team at Ascension St. John. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our physician practices.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operations of a physician practice or health center, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Serve as a liaison between practice physicians, office employees, and other clinical and administrative areas, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
- Ensure adequate staffing to meet provider work schedules, utilizing float pool associates as needed.
- Manage associate payroll information, complete and review office correspondence, and perform clerical or technical roles/functions as required.
- High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
