  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions as per organizational policies.
  • Facilitate effective communication during shift transitions, ensuring all relevant information is conveyed.
  • Monitor client safety diligently, adhering to established care protocols.
  • Ensure clients are appropriately attired for varying weather conditions.
  • Report any incidents or potential hazards promptly to enable appropriate follow-up.
  • Communicate any medical or dental concerns of clients to the healthcare staff in a timely manner.
