Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Securitas Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our client sites, ensuring the safety and security of people and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise Security Officers and other company personnel to ensure they are equipped to handle security-related tasks and responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of security posts and ensure that all security protocols are being followed.
  • Prepare and submit reports on security incidents and other relevant information to management.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to Security Officers and other team members to ensure they are meeting their job requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of management and/or security experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of security operations, including patrol, inspection, and response services.
  • Standard computer and technology skills required.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid UT Driver's License required.
