- Oversee staff performance to meet established goals and metrics. Identify staffing needs and materials for annual procurement.
- Coordinate departmental initiatives and documentation related to Roush Quality and ISO Standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Construction Management.

- Able to interpret various instructions provided in written, oral, and diagrammatic formats.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex situations with limited standardization.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with personnel at all levels, from inspectors to management.
- Competent in performing calculations related to discounts, proportions, percentages, and geometric concepts.
- Proficient in drafting business correspondence and procedural manuals, with the ability to effectively present technical information.
- Familiarity with applications such as PeopleSoft, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with building interior specifications, finishes, and system furniture.
- Project Management or Accounting/Finance certifications.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD software.
- Experience with Peoplesoft (Oracle-based database) software.
Benefits: Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid sick leave, short-term and long-term disability, 401K, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, and holidays, among others.
