About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Imaging Associates AK in Palmer. As a key member of our imaging team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images using X-ray and C-arm equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain diagnostic X-ray equipment, including X-ray and C-arm, to produce high-quality images of designated anatomical areas.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and patients to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures.
  • Apply the ALARA principle of radiation protection and evaluate radiographs for technical quality in accordance with industry best practices and departmental standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills in every encounter, demonstrating a commitment to patient satisfaction and care.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Current certification as ARRT (R) or Registry Eligible.
  • BLS required.
  • Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and co-workers.
  • Demonstrate ability to be productive independently or in a team environment.
  • Previous experience operating C-Arm for non-surgical procedures.
