Job Details

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist for a travel assignment in California.

Job Description

This is a 13-week travel assignment for a Computed Tomography Technologist. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a radiology setting and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and scan results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide the best possible care.
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist.
  • Current certification in computed tomography.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
