Leading Technical Expertise Required
  • Develop Electromechanical Systems: Complex systems ensuring alignment with system goals.
  • Drive Technical Roadmaps: Translate high-level system requirements into actionable plans.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Seamless integration with software, mechanical, and controls teams.
  • Compliance and Governance: Oversee CE and UL certifications.
  • Mentor Junior Engineers: Provide technical leadership and guidance.
  • Agile Project Management: Manage system schedules, budgets, and development efforts.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's in Robotics, Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 13-20 years in systems architecture, including five years in high-level design and leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in requirements management tools (Jama preferred) and protocols like REST APIs, RS-232, and CAN.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication abilities, and experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with PLC architecture, C/C++ programming, and network systems development.
