Software Architect for Amazon Robotics

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect for Amazon Robotics to lead the design and development of our robotic systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting software solutions that meet the needs of our robotic systems, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to build all parts of the robot hardware and software stack.
Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, testing, and monitoring services in our robotic fleet, as well as ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software components. You will also work on end-to-end ownership of decision explanation, fault detection, monitoring, A/B testing, simulation, hardware integration, and more.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of software design patterns and principles, as well as experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. We offer a competitive salary range of $151,300 - $261,500 per year, based on market location and experience.
