Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation and continuous assessment of comprehensive financial models to facilitate corporate planning and budgeting.
  • Develop internal and external presentations, including investor communications, quarterly and year-end earnings releases, board materials, and routine internal reviews.
  • Generate variance reports that compare budget forecasts to actual performance and consensus expectations.
  • Execute financial models to evaluate the effects of various operational and financial sensitivity scenarios.
  • Conduct evaluations and executions related to capital markets.
  • Assist in assessing acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives by constructing corporate merger models, analyzing optimal financing frameworks, and performing accretion/dilution assessments.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Deals Advisory/Transaction Advisory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas sector is essential.
