Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our growth strategy through financial modeling and reporting.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data and performance metrics to provide insights into revenue and operating expenses. They will also assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as support the development of financial budgets and forecasts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and data analysis, with experience working with financial systems and conducting data analysis. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide insights into revenue and operating expenses
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Support the development of financial budgets and forecasts
  • Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using tools like Excel, Workday Adaptive Planning, and BI tools
  • Support the automation of financial processes and reporting using advanced finance and data analysis tools
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, data analysis, or a related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborative working style and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Experience using SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Telecom Industry or subscription-based revenue preferred
