About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at PCH Hotels & Resorts, Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and replacing filters, coils, and fan belts.
  • Conduct daily inspections of restrooms, roofs, and irrigation systems to identify and address any issues.
  • Take responsibility for monthly fire extinguisher inspections and quarterly roof inspections.
  • Check and maintain lighting control panel schedules, change ballasts, and replace light bulbs as needed.
  • Repair and install ceramic and linoleum tiles, lock hardware, and other common area components.
  • Clean and repair the fountain filter system and add chemicals as prescribed.
  • Replace GFI outlets and rewire light fixtures as needed.
  • Paint and repair structures, handrails, and other areas as required.
  • Perform groundskeeping tasks as directed to maintain the property's appearance.
  • Assist with event setup and strikes to ensure smooth operations.
