Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, administration, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
