Findlay Toyota Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at Findlay Toyota Spokane. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

• Greet customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls and direct consumers to the appropriate department, following up in a timely manner.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Operate the switchboard telephone system and perform computer data entry tasks.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
• Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees.

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel.
• Entry-level accounting preferred.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Clean driving record.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to company liability insurance requirements.

• Competitive hourly rate of $17.00-$18.00.

Please note that this is a part-time position, and the schedule includes Sundays from 10am to 5pm, with additional shifts available.
