Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Plumber to join our team as a Lead Plumber. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of plumbing experience, a valid residential or journeyman license from a State Board of Plumbing, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.

The primary responsibilities of this role include installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures in water, gas, and drainage systems according to specifications and building codes. You will lead jobs, crews, projects, and apprentice plumbers, identifying safety problems and taking necessary corrective action. Additionally, you will read blueprints, take supervisor and/or contractor instructions, and complete quality control sheets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of plumbing experience
• Valid residential or journeyman license from a State Board of Plumbing
• Valid Driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborator attitude
• Ability to pass both a DOT Physical and Drug Screen
