Kimbel Mechanical Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Plumber Master Craftsman to join their team. Estimated salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced plumbers to take on leadership roles and work with a talented team of professionals. As a Plumber Master Craftsman, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures in water, gas, and drainage systems according to specifications and building codes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead jobs, crews, projects, and apprentice plumbers to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures in water, gas, and drainage systems according to specifications and building codes.
• Identify safety problems applicable to the installation and take necessary corrective action.
• Read blueprints, take supervisor and/or contractor instruction, and complete quality control sheets.
• Make decisions on the job site without disruption to the business or to work and job quality.
• Willing to take day trips to Memphis and Little Rock.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of plumbing experience.
• Valid residential or journeyman license from a State Board of Plumbing.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have a collaborator attitude.
• Must pass both a DOT Physical and Drug Screen.
