Job Summary

The Certified Care Aide is a vital member of our home care team, working under the supervision of the Care Coordinator to provide personalized support services tailored to meet clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene to promote overall well-being
  • Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
  • Maintaining a clean and safe living environment through light housekeeping
  • Accompanying clients on outings and social activities
  • Shopping and running errands as needed
  • Providing medication reminders and assistance
  • Ambulating and transporting clients safely
  • Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life

Requirements:

  • Certified Care Aide certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain certification
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Ability to travel around the designated territory
  • Access to internet and mobile phone for communication and documentation

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, benefits include shift flexibility, free PPE, referral bonuses, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
