Responsibilities- Initiate kickoff meetings with clients to determine timelines, goals, and expectations.
- Lead engagement meetings with audit team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to set timelines, assign roles, and determine goals.
- Conduct research on business trends and apply knowledge to clients' solutions, representing the firm professionally.
- Conduct fraud interviews with CEOs, accountants, and other employees as needed.
- Provide financial analysis to improve client internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Coach staff, train on audit areas, and collaborate on engagement aspects.
- Network, build relationships, and attract new clients or business to the firm.
- Attend training seminars, professional development, and networking events.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA license or be working towards it.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting audit work.
- Be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of firm management, staff, clients, and external business contacts.
- Have knowledge of and exposure to various industries.
