Salary Range:
The compensation for this role is between $340,000 and $440,000, inclusive of participation in the Health Sciences Compensation Plan.

Position Description

The University of California - Davis is seeking a full-time academic professional in the field of Laryngology and Bronchoesophagology. This role is available at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level within the Department of Otolaryngology at the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California. The selected candidate will be appointed to the clinical X series and will have clinical responsibilities alongside active participation in departmental initiatives, including research and the education of trainees. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse environment.

Applicants are required to hold an MD or DO degree, be board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology, and qualify for a California medical license. Fellowship training in Laryngology and experience in managing complex voice, swallowing, and upper airway disorders are essential. The successful candidate must also provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States, as the University will not sponsor a visa for this position.
