Job Overview

As a Registered Dietitian at Innovative Renal Care, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Your expertise in nutritional planning and education will make a significant impact on our patients' health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide ongoing nutritional support and education to patients and their families.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in renal nutrition to ensure evidence-based practice.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Current state licensure (if required by the state).
  • Minimum of one year of professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
  • Previous experience in nutrition associated with ESRD patients is preferred.
