We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Call Center Representative I to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls with Logistics clients and ground Logistics. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving client pick-up request calls, directing clients to appropriate functional resources, communicating with field Logistics operations, and responding to customer inquiries/complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound telephone calls and meet productivity goals
  • Learn and accurately enter pick up requests using the Dispatch Application
  • Provide outstanding customer service and actively listen to client concerns
  • Determine if pick-up can be performed as requested by the client based upon multiple factors
  • Prioritize and handle multiple functions, and provide service to multiple regions throughout the shift
Requirements
  • 1+ years of Customer Service or Logistics experience required
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Associates Degree or High School Diploma or Equivalent required
