• Troubleshoot, problem-solve, repair, and provide technical assistance on commercial HVAC equipment and controls, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain service and repairs performed, ensuring transparency and trust.

• Accurately document and complete service reports on a timely basis, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Supervise the maintenance of company fleet and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

• Possess the ability to climb, lift heavy objects, crawl, work in confined spaces, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch for extended periods of time, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

• High School Diploma required; completion of HVAC trade school preferred.

• EPA certification preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on commercial HVAC systems and controls.

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

• Clean, insurable driving record.

• Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Maintain a professional image, adhering to company standards and expectations.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

• Prompt, dependable, responsible, ethical, flexible, and self-starting, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

• Proficient in computer operations, including Microsoft Office applications.
