Role Responsibilities:

In this position, you will ensure the efficient functioning of all audio-visual assets and meeting spaces, along with the organization and cable management of our AV and server/communication rooms. Your duties will also include managing all AV signage, executing technological upgrades for AV spaces, coordinating meetings, and providing daily support for our AV, server, and telecommunication systems.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver presentations and briefings as required
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily assessments on all AV assets and meeting rooms to guarantee optimal functionality.
  • Organize and uphold the cable management system for all AV and server/communication areas.
  • Oversee and maintain AV signage throughout the organization.
  • Implement technological enhancements for AV spaces to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Coordinate meetings and provide support for AV, server, and telecommunication systems as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to AV, server, and telecommunication systems.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of AV and communication systems.
  • Stay informed about the latest technological trends and advancements in the AV and communication sectors.
Qualifications:

Education & Certifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in AV support and maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of AV equipment, meeting room configurations, and cable management.
  • Familiarity with server and communication systems.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and AV control systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
