Hospice Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Hospice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and their families during the final stages of life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and psychosocial needs, with a focus on pain and symptom management.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), patients, and families.
- Provide ongoing assessments and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of South Carolina or compact multi-state license.
- Twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years.
- One (1) year of hospice care experience preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $70,000 to $78,000 per year.
