Job Summary

The Fairbanks North Star Borough School District seeks a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to facilitate competency in speech and language skills in communicatively disordered students.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language plans to meet the needs of students with communicative disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support for students
  • Travel to various schools and offices within the district to provide services and support
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in speech-language pathology, audiology, or speech-language hearing science
  • Alaska Type C special services certificate with an applicable endorsement for speech/language
  • Valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and registration
