We are an established child welfare agency serving youth throughout NYC boroughs. With two physical work sites dedicated to oversight, supervision, and care of our resident youth, we operate 24/7, 365 days a year, providing flexible scheduling options for our staff.

We are seeking a dedicated Aftercare Coach to join our team, someone who is passionate about supporting vulnerable youth and helping them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement life goals and academic/career development plans for each youth
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to youth
  • Collaborate with the case planning team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum AA degree in Social Services or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in congregate settings
  • Valid NYS Driver's License and access to personal vehicle
