Columbia University seeks an experienced career education strategist and coach to join its esteemed Career Management Center at Columbia Business School. This key position is responsible for driving the development and implementation of a comprehensive career education strategy that equips students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in today's rapidly evolving business landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in career advising, coaching, and program development. They will work closely with key stakeholders, including faculty, administrators, and industry professionals, to design and deliver career education programs that meet the diverse needs of Columbia Business School's student population.

Key responsibilities include leading the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of career education content development for core career education offerings across student populations. This includes collaborating with the Assistant Dean to define goals, metrics, and strategies for career education initiatives, ensuring alignment with student needs and market trends.

In addition, the successful candidate will oversee the development of curriculum, marketing, and evaluation plans for education sessions, while also ensuring ongoing training and professional development for CMC advisors, coaches, and fellows.

This role requires exceptional interpersonal, relationship management, communication, and writing skills, as well as previous experience in advising, mentoring, teaching, or presentation. The ability to balance independent delivery of work with strong team work/collaborative orientation is essential.
