Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at SDI Inc. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's storeroom operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of parts to client sites.
  • Perform production planning and manage reports to track daily, weekly, monthly, and outage work.
  • Run match exception reports and analyze the root cause of errors.
  • Create action plans to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Conduct inventory analysis and reconciliation of cycle counting events.
  • Communicate delivery expectations to clients and manage BIC corrective action plans.
  • Oversee Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program and provide back-up to the Site Manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; supervisory and project management experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to lift weight unaided of up to 50 pounds; higher weights using equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and familiarity with warehouse ERP software.
  • Past experience working in a maintenance or repair environment.
  • Content working in an industrial environment where you're exposed to heat, noise, and dirt.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
