Countybank is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Deposit Operations Administrator. This role will be responsible for handling compliance-related functions of Deposit Operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage activity on accounts in special status to ensure account agreements and regulatory requirements are followed.
  • Process IOLTA interest remittance and escheat notifications.
  • Manage levies, garnishments, liens, and reclamations.
  • Filing of CTRs and MILs, including reviewing cash reports and teller journals.
  • Prepare tax forms, corrections, and account verifications.
  • Manage account controls and processing for deceased customers.
  • Review overrides for identity and OFAC discrepancies.
  • Participate in audit and exam preparation and meetings.
  • Initiate cases and coordinate efforts with core provider and other vendors.
  • Provide guidance to internal and external customers regarding Deposit Operations and deposit compliance.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of banking experience, specifically in Deposit Operations, is preferred.
  • Strong working comprehension of Deposit Operations activities and banking compliance.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervisory oversight.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
