CBIZ is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Intern to join our team. As an Audit Intern, you will assist in planning and executing multiple audit assignments across various industries, including Real Estate, Construction, Nonprofit, and Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain an understanding of accounting and auditing principles, quality control standards, and technology implementation procedures.
- Participate in client assignments from beginning to end, identifying and communicating audit issues, technical matters, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with client staff to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
- Provide exceptional service to every client by offering individual attention, responsiveness, and commitment to understanding their goals and needs.
Requirements
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, think independently, and problem-solve in a results-driven team-oriented environment.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet, and audit software.
