Speech Language Therapist

Apex Therapeutic Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to residents with communication, language, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess residents' abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address residents' specific needs
- Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current New York State Speech-Language Pathology license
- Minimum of one year of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a skilled nursing home facility
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
