Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant state and federal regulations, as well as HallKeen Assisted Living policies and procedures.
- Nursing Department Management: Direct, plan, and coordinate the activities of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel.
- Staff Training and Development: Provide orientation, education, and training to nursing staff, including infection control programs and quality assurance initiatives.
- Med Tech Management: Supervise and train Med Techs, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Resident Care Coordination: Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure seamless care delivery, including assessments, care plans, and medication management.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with residents, families, doctors, and other professionals to ensure effective care coordination.
- Quality Assurance and Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance resident care and services.
- Education and Experience: Current RN license in good standing, with 2-5 years of experience in assisted living or a related field.
- Skills and Qualities: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize resident needs and drive quality care initiatives.
