Job Title: Fiberglass/Gel Coat Craftsman
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Hurricane damage, water damage, and wear and tear can all take a toll on your boat's structural integrity. As a Fiberglass/Gel Coat Craftsman at Huron Lagoons Marina Inc, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining the structural components of our clients' vessels.

About the Job:
The ideal candidate will have factory certification in paint, fillers, and resins, as well as experience working with fiberglass, wood, steel, and aluminum. You must be able to swim and work safely around the water. A valid Ohio driver's license is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Vessel repairs, including interior and exterior repairs
- Stringer and transom repairs
- Painting, brush, roller, and air spray
- Refurbishing, including fiberglass, wood, steel, and aluminum
- Buffing and waxing
- Upholstery work
- Electronic installation
- Shrink wrapping
- Daily inspection and maintenance of service department to provide a clean and safe facility
