Huron Lagoons Marina Inc is a premier full-service marina located on the beautiful Huron River, offering unparalleled access to Lake Erie. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Fiberglass/Gel Coat Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fiberglass and gel coat repairs, including interior and exterior repairs, stringer and transom repairs, painting, and refurbishing.
  • Upholstery work, electronic installation, and shrink wrapping.
  • Daily inspection and maintenance of the service department, ensuring a clean and safe environment for employees and customers.
  • Assisting other employees as needed and participating in overtime work when required.

Requirements:
  • Factory certification in paint, filler, and resin applications.
  • Ability to work safely around water and lift 50 pounds.
  • Basic boat handling skills preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of power tools and ability to maintain professional appearance.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
