- Cultural Sensitivity and Family Involvement: Incorporate cultural considerations into patient care and involve family members or significant others in the care process as appropriate.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
- Quality and Safety: Contribute to the evaluation of patient responses to interventions and the effectiveness of care, ensuring a safe and high-quality patient care environment.
- Education: Graduation from a School of Practical Nursing with current licensure from the State of Nebraska or an approved compact state of residence.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
