Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the State of Nebraska. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a correctional institution setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and perform patient assessments
- Transcribe and carry out doctor's orders
- Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies
- Participate in training and development opportunities
Requirements:
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Nebraska
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance
- Valid driver's license
- Background security check
