- Supervise and provide guidance to caregivers who provide direct care to clients
- Manage employee scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
- Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, nursing, social services, or related field of study preferred
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgment
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
