We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Manager to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care and customer satisfaction for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction
  • Supervise and provide guidance to caregivers who provide direct care to clients
  • Manage employee scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions
  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, nursing, social services, or related field of study preferred
  • Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgment
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required
