About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at AEG. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drink Preparation: Utilize high-quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs, and spices to create sensational drinks for guests.
  • Guest Interactions: Greet guests, take beverage orders from restaurant servers or directly from guests, and provide information on wine characteristics.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
  • Cash Handling: Handle an assigned bank and follow all cash handling procedures, collect payment for drinks served, and balance all receipts.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests, prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years of experience as a bartender.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, wines, and ability to create and serve drinks in a timely manner.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently or in a team, excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Personal Qualities: Personable, friendly, and welcoming, with a willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations.
