Requirements
  • Previous foreman experience, preferably in the grading/dirt work industry.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment, including but not limited to, graders, excavators, and skid-steer loaders.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs. multiple times to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred or ability to obtain.
  • Good attendance and punctuality to meet project deadlines.
  • Pre-employment drug screening and physical required to ensure a safe working environment.
