Our capabilities extend to full-scale production, encompassing assembly, packaging, testing, and in-house sterilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness across various areas, including production floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and all associated items.
- Maintain all office spaces, air locks/change rooms, and both internal and external windows/doors.
- Oversee supply storage rooms, janitorial closets, main hallways, and outdoor areas.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, stripping, and waxing as required.
- Eliminate any oil accumulation around machinery.
- Wipe down equipment as instructed and manage waste disposal.
- Conduct pressure washing, sweeping, trash collection, and general upkeep of the facility's exterior.
- Replace or peel tacky mats as necessary to uphold a clean environment.
- Carry out general dusting of window frames, equipment, light fixtures, and cabinets.
- Monitor inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to supervisors as needed.
- Maintain all required documentation in accordance with Quality Systems and/or Supervisor(s).
- Immediately report any safety concerns to the Supervisor.
- This list is not exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

- This position requires on-site work.
- Availability for 12-hour shifts, including day and night rotations.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; or three to five years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Proficiency:
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Capable of writing basic correspondence and effectively presenting information in small group settings.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
Reasoning Skills:
- Ability to apply common sense to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
- Regularly required to use hands for handling and reaching. Frequent standing, walking, talking, and listening are necessary. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
