The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Services Analyst to join our team.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities of the Staff Services Analyst include:



  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the operations of the CDCR.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborating with other teams to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements and Qualifications


The successful candidate will have:



  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
