Agile Resources, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Release Manager to join our Application Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing release planning activities, managing the product backlog, and prioritizing requests.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement release planning strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize the backlog.
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate deployments and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Document processes and facilitate meetings to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to ensure smooth project execution.
- Gather domain knowledge and business process information to inform decision-making.
- Act as the escalation point and knowledge expert for complex issues.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience leading release planning activities and managing the product backlog.
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Demonstrate a proven tenure at previous employers.
- Excellent customer and business focus, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and understand complex business processes.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, application function points, and user interface design.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Azure DevOps experience is preferred, or a similar tool for product backlog management.
