- Responsible for championing and supporting our financial systems, including integrations and driving innovation across the company.
- Manage user setup, security, and other configurations of our financial systems.
- Strong knowledge of our financial systems and database tables.
- Technical lead for financial system upgrades and issue resolution.
- Data Analytics Developer (30%)
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools, specifically leveraging financial data modules.
- Administer and optimize the business intelligence environment to ensure performance, availability, and scalability.
- Design and implement data models to support reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Edit, update, and troubleshoot existing reports.
- Create and maintain user accounts and access.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in business management software and applications with progressive technical support experience, including system upgrades, planning, design, audits, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
- Minimum of five (5) years of functional experience administering financial systems, including financial reporting.
- Minimum of three (3) years of business intelligence report writing experience with financial data.
- Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of financial systems and business intelligence tools.
- Expert knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tool requirements.
- Knowledge of standard software development lifecycle (SDLC) with SDLC processes for all modifications and enhancements.
- Excellent problem-identification and analysis skills and strong problem-solving capabilities, particularly in bridging IT and accounting.
