Overview:

We are excited to offer a $1000 SIGN-ON BONUS for this position. As a Room Attendant at Welk Resorts, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests by ensuring that all accommodations are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute all assigned tasks efficiently and within designated timeframes.
  2. Maintain cleanliness and perfect presentation of guest rooms and lodges.
  3. Ensure all common areas are tidy and vacuumed regularly.
  4. Promote guest safety by keeping hallways and walkways unobstructed.
  5. Organize and maintain cleanliness of the room attendants' closets and carts.
  6. Restock attendants' carts at the conclusion of each shift.
  7. Promptly report any lost and found items to the housekeeping manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in hospitality.

Experience: A minimum of six months of relevant experience or training is preferred.

Work Environment: This role may involve exposure to various weather conditions and wet environments.
