Position Overview:

  • Thoroughly clean and prepare designated rooms/suites in accordance with established standards, which includes making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and organizing furniture.
  • Replenish items in rooms/suites such as toiletries, paper products, and towels.
  • Maintain cleanliness in exterior entry areas and hallways.
  • Ensure housekeeping cart is stocked and organized daily.
  • Manage key control effectively and address lost and found inquiries.
  • Report maintenance issues and respond to guest requests or concerns promptly.

Additional Duties:

All employees are expected to comply with the company’s operational procedures and policies, including those outlined in the employee handbook. Work schedules may fluctuate based on operational needs.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Capacity to stand for extended periods
  • Able to lift, carry, and bend during work shifts
  • Ability to work autonomously
