LPN - Assisted Living Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Sunset Senior Living. As a PRN LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being, and assisting with daily activities.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist and provide direction to residents regarding their personal care needs, including grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition, housekeeping, etc.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care and treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate residents and their families on health conditions and care plans
- Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residents
- Other duties as directed by your supervisor or Nurse Manager
- Current and valid LPN license in Illinois
- Experience in an assisted living or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
