About the Role

Bell Partners is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties, including groundskeeping, make-ready, and housekeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the grounds of assigned properties, including landscaping, lawn care, and debris removal.
  • Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning common areas, amenities, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the property.
  • Assist the maintenance team with light work orders and punch lists, including painting and moving appliances.
  • Follow all safety and OSHA requirements, and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
