Job Overview

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting property maintenance at six properties in Hixton, Melrose, Merrillan, Taylor, Alma Center, and Black River Falls, WI, totaling 80 units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of all apartments, buildings, and common areas to identify and address maintenance issues.
  • Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as perform general carpentry and drywall repairs.
  • Perform groundskeeping duties, including trash removal, snow shoveling, and lawn care.
  • Assist with cleaning and janitorial tasks as needed.
  • Repair and replace windows, doors, and locks as required.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including testing emergency systems and equipment.
  • Respond to on-call emergencies and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family property management.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability for on-call emergencies.
